About the service

ParentCaddy is operated by Golf from the Ground Up LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the planning service.

Accounts and junior players

You must be at least 18 to hold an account. Parents and legal guardians may plan for junior players through an account they control. Keep your sign-in details private, use accurate information, and enter information about another person only when authorized. You are responsible for activity in your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Recommendations and tournament information

ParentCaddy helps compare available opportunities against a saved profile, budget, regions, and schedule. Its recommendations support your decision; they do not guarantee eligibility, acceptance, a particular field, ranking credit, a scholarship, or a playing result.

Organizers control dates, entry windows, selection, exemptions, qualification, divisions, Handicap Index rules, fees, and refunds. Calendar coverage and automated checks can be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. Review the official event details before entering or paying. Unpublished facts remain unknown. Example event records cannot be entered as real events.

Travel and budgets

Travel prices are search snapshots and can change or disappear. Taxes, equipment, baggage, resort fees, age charges, cancellation conditions, and other extras may differ at checkout. Estimated fuel, lodging allowances, mileage, and user-entered costs are planning figures. Confirm the property, dates, travelers, vehicle, policies, and full total on the supplier’s site.

Your entry, travel reservation, payment, cancellation, and refund agreement is with the relevant organizer or supplier. ParentCaddy does not make the reservation or guarantee an outbound link’s final price or availability.

Your work and acceptable use

You keep ownership of the information you enter. You permit us and our service providers to process it as needed to deliver, save, secure, and support ParentCaddy as described in the Privacy policy. Keep a backup of important plans using Data & export.

Do not upload unlawful information, impersonate another person, attempt to access another account, misuse provider keys, disrupt the service, or copy and redistribute source data in a way that violates another party’s rights. Product branding, design, and software remain the property of their respective owners. External tour and supplier names identify their services and do not imply endorsement.

Availability and charges

Features and source availability may change. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security, or legal obligations. If ParentCaddy introduces a paid plan, its price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before purchase; creating an account on this release does not itself authorize a charge.

Responsibility

Use reasonable care when relying on a plan. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or complete and error-free source data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
